Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the community managers and social media content creation team on monthly, quarterly & annual social media platform performance reports
- Provide analytical support on campaign reporting
- Ensure proper metrics are set up and useful data is collected properly
- Understand business & marketing challenges to ultimately provide data-driven solutions & a clear action plan
- Analyze mainstream media and social media content to draw meaningful insights which help with furthering our clients' strategic goals
- Collect and dissect data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits
- Study trends in social media, monitor emerging social media tools and observe how often those platforms and tools can be used
- Work closely with the strategic planning team to develop marketing & communication strategies
- Brainstorm ideas to improve report quality and objectives, catering to clients’ changing requirements or feedback
- Present findings and insightful analysis with confidence
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, Business, New Media, Statistics or related
- Ideally experienced in social media analytics and listening tools like Meta Insights, Locowise, Talkwalker or Sprinklr
- Have a good understanding of human behavior and able to leverage on data to tell a story
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong ability to convert complex data into insights and action plans
- Keen ability to visualise data through graphing /charting /information display skills
- Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret social media and other online data
- Excellent communications, presentation and listening skills
- Ability to self-learn and research on new platforms and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
