Our client is an established professional services organization based in Singapore. Here is a rare opportunity to join them in their fast-paced and dynamic environment as HR manager.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, collaborating closely with Business HRBPs & COEs for all Singapore matters
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
- Monitor and ensure adherence to ISO standards related to HR practices through regular audits and assessments.
- Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree qualified with 8 years of generalist HR or HR Operations experience, experience in a similar industry will be a bonus.
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions.
- A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity.
- A self starter who is agile, resourceful and independent.
