1. Role Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Interior Designer Coordinator to play a key role in coordinating and managing interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to facilitate seamless collaboration between design teams and clients.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
• Supporting role to Interior Designers through administrative and logistical tasks.
• Hande sales enquiries and bring in sales
• Develop existing and new client relationships, enquiries and projects
• Draft quotation, write introductory letters, read drawings and perform measurement to estimate quantity
• Administrative duties: administrative and organizational tasks, such as scheduling meetings, ordering materials, and managing project timelines.
• Ensure that all documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Act as a liaison between Interior Designer, clients, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and prepared for these engagements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate terms, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies. Track usage and reorder as necessary to avoid project delays.
• Inspect materials and products upon delivery to ensure they meet quality standards and design specifications. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
