Responsibilities:
- Conduct small group tutoring sessions in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Sciences at both Primary and Secondary levels and others as needed.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning objectives and academic goals.
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources for effective tutoring.
- Other adhoc centre related duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably in a tuition centre or educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and motivate students.
- Passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Possess good academic results.
Work Hours:
- 4 Weekdays 130pm-930pm & 1 Weekend 9am-6pm
