RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the Centres' Business Continuity Management Programme.
• Oversee daily operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
• Collaborate with key partners to plan, monitor, and implement programs and schedules effectively.
• Supervise referrals to daycare services and ensure optimal utilization of those services.
• Work closely with the Nursing Department to provide optimal care to clients and families.
• Manage and monitor the annual budget to ensure optimal resource utilization and allocation.
• Maintain and update all operational documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure the safety and security of the day centre environment for clients, staff, and the public.
• Ensure staff adherence to regulations and policies, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Ensure adequate staffing in accordance with Agency of Integrated Care's guidelines.
• Manage staff performance review and annual appraisal.

• Degree in Healthcare related preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or senior care settings.
• Required to travel between the three centres.

Working Hours

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:

8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday to Friday)
