RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the Centres' Business Continuity Management Programme.
- Oversee daily operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
- Collaborate with key partners to plan, monitor, and implement programs and schedules effectively.
- Supervise referrals to daycare services and ensure optimal utilization of those services.
- Work closely with the Nursing Department to provide optimal care to clients and families.
- Manage and monitor the annual budget to ensure optimal resource utilization and allocation.
- Maintain and update all operational documentation for audit purposes.
- Ensure the safety and security of the day centre environment for clients, staff, and the public.
- Ensure staff adherence to regulations and policies, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Ensure adequate staffing in accordance with Agency of Integrated Care's guidelines.
- Manage staff performance review and annual appraisal.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Healthcare related preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or senior care settings.
- Required to travel between the three centres.

Working Hours
Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:
8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday to Friday)
