Job Description:
As a Software and Applications Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT projects. Your role will require a deep understanding of operations technology and project management, along with a strong ability to collaborate across functions. You will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will lead high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a successful track record of managing diverse and complex projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant IT tools and platforms.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adept at bridging technical and business requirements.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
