Hyster-Yale Asia-Pacific is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join the team at their Singapore office in Jurong East (Vision Exchange). We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical specialist in Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing financial forecasts, analyzing variances, and supporting various reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Long-Range Financial Forecasts (LRFF), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Short-Term Forecasts (STF):
· Complete Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Cash Flow (CF) statements for LRFF, AOP, and STF.
· Prepare PowerPoint slides to present LRFF, AOP, and STF.
· Conduct Explanation of Change (EOC) variance analysis and prepare detailed reports.
· Review and validate budget amounts submitted by various departments.
2. Actual Analysis:
· Perform in-depth analysis of general reports to aid management in making informed decisions.
· Support the preparation of corporate reports as required.
· Conduct margin analysis to support the monthly closing process.
3. Other Responsibilities:
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations for board meetings.
· Address ad-hoc requests and requirements from various stakeholders.
· Manage SAP tasks, including internal order setup and maintenance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in FP&A.
· Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficient in both English and Chinese, due to working with China counterparts.
