Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee the diverse operations of F&B stalls across Singapore, ensuring their success through effective management and relationship building with Outlet Supervisors, Chefs, and Teams. This role involves maintaining high standards of service, coaching team members, and acting as a liaison between the outlets and the corporate office, with a strong emphasis on crisis management and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

Management:

  • Provide clear, positive production direction and coach team members to lead operations effectively.
  • Ensure that team members deliver high-quality service and food in line with company guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the HQ Corporate office and assigned outlets.
  • Communicate HQ information to Outlet Managers and team members through various channels.
  • Mentor and coach team members across all levels within assigned outlets.
  • Review Daily Business Reports for assigned outlets daily and weekly, identify issues, and recommend improvements.

Outlet Operational Leadership:

  • Manage the outlets with attention to details.
  • Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless execution
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing business procedures, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance with HQ Corporate office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer feedback and incident reports, implementing corrective actions and conducting After-Action Reviews (AAR) for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless execution and high standards.

Manpower Management:

  • Review and adjust weekly staffing schedules to align with business needs and ensure adequate coverage for Outlet Supervisors.
  • Manage manpower costs within assigned outlets.
  • Resolve employee concerns and conflicts as needed.
  • Oversee team hiring and attrition rates to maintain effective staffing levels.

Crisis Management:

  • Develop and implement crisis management strategies to address and mitigate issues as they arise.
  • Act quickly to resolve unforeseen challenges and minimize impact on operations.
  • Provide guidance and support during critical situations to ensure effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze business reports and implement improvements.
  • Proficiency in managing staff schedules and resolving conflicts.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • 3 minutes walk from Novena MRT Station.
