Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 6:45am to 11.45am
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Description:
- Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, goods delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch. Attending to pupils who are unwell.
- Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the reception area.
- Preparation and verification of documents over the counter.
- Assist in the checking for completeness of student application form submitted and informing of parents on the outcome of application.
- Maintain telephone listing of school.
- Follow up on collection of Singapore Graduation Certificate for graduated students.
- Assist in compiling of daily staff attendance & monthly Staff Attendance reporting.
- Any other duties as assigned by Admin Managers.
Job Requirements:
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and inter-personal skill
- Good customer service skill
- 3 years of experience in administration/customer service
- Mature individual with a pleasant disposition
- Preferably experience in managing secondary school students
- 3 years of experience working in an educational institution will be an advantage
