The Centre Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the centre, including administrative tasks, student support, and the coordination of tuition activities. This role ensures the centre operates smoothly, delivers high-quality educational support, and maintains a positive and productive environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the centre. Manage and update student records, attendance, and performance tracking.
Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. - Student Support: Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents.
Address and resolve student and parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Provide guidance and support to students regarding their academic and personal needs. - Tuition Coordination: Organize and manage tuition classes, including scheduling and room assignments. Coordinate with tutors to ensure they have the necessary resources and support. Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum and teaching materials.
- Financial Administration: Assist with billing and invoicing for student care and tuition fees and other centre services. Manage petty cash and monitor financial transactions related to centre activities.
Requirements:
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday 1pm-8pm, Sunday 9am-6pm
- Work Location: West-North
- Comfortable with customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, Web WhatsApp
- Friendly and pleasant disposition to handle parents and enquiries
