We are looking for a talented Associate Recruiter to join our team specializing in Administrative Support for Talent Acquisition.
The TA Associate/Associate Recruiter will partner and collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services and other key stakeholders to provide support services across talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the external recruiting candidate´s documents, all of the transactional activities which includes candidate´s documents request, medical exam scheduling, compliance requirements, attentive to details to cover Asia Pacific
- Participates in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes; documents processes and improvements; contributes to communication and change management efforts for improvement activities.
- Accountable for managing the end to end process for external candidates documents.
- Adheres to recruiting processes, policies, tools and recruitment teams in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and in adherence with the company’s policies and procedures.

- Candidate Interview Coordination: Schedule candidate interviews, coordinate schedules with hiring managers, make travel arrangements, prepare candidate information packets, and create interview agendas.
- Expense Management: Manage and submit expenses for payment related to the interview process and candidate travel for external candidates.
- Requisition Management: Accountable for managing the life cycle of requisitions through the applicant tracking system (ATS), including documentation for auditing purposes.
- Offer Management: Lead and support the offer management process, initiate and complete background and reference checks, and communicate results to relevant parties.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes, document processes and improvements, and contribute to communication and change management efforts.
- Compliance: Adhere to recruiting processes, policies, tools, and recruitment teams in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.

- Proven experience working within the talent acquisition function is preferred.
- Experience with collective bargaining agreements, labor relations, and unions preferred.

Education/Experience
