Responsibilities
•Attend to clients’ enquiries on account-related, trading-related matters via various channels.
•Ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience to drive clients’ retention and satisfaction.
•Facilitate the proper execution of trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
•Perform other dealing functions such as assessing risk and preparing trade reports.
•Support multiple key projects such as onboarding of new products, platform development, and other deliverables.
•Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- CMFAS CM-CMP (or equivalent) and RES12B papers (for license application)
- Shift work is required (Night shifts and rotational shifts on holidays)
