Responsibilities:
Job Description & Requirements:
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Authorized desktop application (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.) and computer hardware/software.
- Provides server administration and operations maintenance
- Support and troubleshoot for WIFI, LED conference system, printers, biometric access
- Manage firewall, antivirus endpoints, backup servers and other infrastructure
- Ensure efficiency in the daily operations of the network system.
- Create and maintain company website/portal
- Providing technical support and assistance to end-users
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation and manuals
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure proper functioning
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles
- Conducting routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and networks
- Any other IT related work areas as and when required
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Informational Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of specialized experience in IT design/diagnostic tools, providing IT support, software management
- Able to work independently
