RESPONSIBILITY
• Handle all shipping documentation required by custom brokers by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment
• Liaise with external parties in Malaysia and Indonesia
• Ensure accuracy in shipping records and adhere to the document keeping standards
• Permit declaration
• Coordinate import shipment documentation with suppliers and arrange with forwarder for timely delivery of shipments to warehouse
• Ensure shipping inquiries are responded within the shortest timeframe
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare operation management reports
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
REQUIRMENTS
Minimum Diploma or Degree holders
• 3 to 5 years of relevant shipping experience especially with MY – SG line
• Adaptable to fast-environment and able to work under pressure
• Understand custom declaration at Singapore , Malaysia and Indonesia
• Able to work with minimal supervision and lead team
• Meticulous and organized
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
