Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively addressing any potential delays.
Warehouse Management
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including shipment arrivals and inventory management.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage packing processes, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management of low-stock items.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Communication and Reporting
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to communicate project status and warehouse activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in project coordination and warehouse operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
The Person
- Reports to the Customer Support Manager in Singapore
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiarity with electrical products is a plus, but not required
- Forklift license preferred
- Must be a well-organized, positive, and reliable individual
