Job Title: Company Director
Location: Singapore , Jurong
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Company Director to oversee our operations across our Singapore plant and headquarters in China. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive growth and efficiency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals across both locations.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the Singapore plant and coordinate with HQ in China to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor senior management teams in both locations, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for both the Singapore plant and HQ, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and corporate policies. Identify and mitigate risks to the business.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the Singapore plant and China HQ, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across both locations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably with experience managing operations across multiple international locations.
- Strong understanding of operational, financial, and strategic management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results and manage complex projects.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin written is highly desirable.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
