Purchasing and Operations Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Purchasing and Operations Support Executive will manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of food and packaging items for our F&B outlets across Singapore. This role also involves administrative support to ensure smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and Sourcing: Source, negotiate, and procure food and packaging items. Verify supplier invoices for accuracy and approval. Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and address any delays.
  • Inventory and Documentation: Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate documentation. Analyze costs and generate reports on procurement and inventory. Input daily store invoices into the accounting system.
  • Support and Administration:Provide support to the Admin/ Operations department. Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors. Assist with contract management and financial oversight. Handle administrative tasks and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be meticulous and organized.
  • Committed and hardworking.
  • Able to handle deadlines.
  • Strong organisational, problem solving, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • 3 minutes walk from Novena MRT Station.
