Job Description & Requirements


Sales administration in SG

• To check sales performance forecast sheet and to find out and point out irregularity

• To facilitate weekly sales meeting

• To update open SO list and to check on project status

• To check & analyze various sales related data (e.g. customer revenue, kakutoku result etc)

• To create individual Kakutoku KPI and individual revenue & gross profit KPI

• To maintain Power BI report for sales performance forecast

• To arrange and create sales related documents (e.g. quotation, delivery order, service report etc)

• To create SFDC registration, maintain SFDC report, apply and maintain SFDC user account

• To make plan for sales activities and support sales strategies

• To make report and submit to HQ or other KDDI subsidiaries for ad-hoc report related sales result


Business Planning in SG and APAC

• To make profit and loss forecast, analyze and report differences between previous week and current week, review monthly profit and loss

• To make MP bi-yearly, arrange and support FormA, make yearly CAPEX plan for MP

• To make monthly TRICK paper and submit to HQ

• To check and advise revenue recognition frequency for specific projects

• To make workflow for estimating Kakutoku and profit & loss for company

• To plan and arrange to open new branch office outside of Singapore

Marketing activities in SG and APAC

• To create common sales tool

• To update company website, arrange the cost and payment O&M outsourcing to HQ

• To create press release issued by company

• To make plan for participating and lead the operation at the exhibition booth in Singapore

• To arrange the seminar/webinar

• To make EDM or email advertisement

• To arrange web advertisement

• To arrange SNS advertisement and publication

• To make B2B marketing plan and calculate ROI

• To maintain and operate marketing automation tool (Adobe Marketo)

• To create advertisement step email and distribute to company lead email address by MA tool


Business Development in APAC

• To formulate a business strategy for the APAC region as an assistant to Regional Chief Strategy Officer

• To develop strategic business relationships with potential partners through negotiation as an assistant to Regional Chief Strategy Officer

• To facilitate capital alliances with potential partners in liaison with HQ as an assistant to Regional Chief Strategy Officer


Requirement

  • 3 – 5 years of experience as a digital marketing in B2B environment.
  • Familiar with sales planning and business development
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (Need to liaise with Japan counterpart and headquarter).
  • Positive thinking and keep up to date with current technologies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player and proactive attitude.
  • Diploma / Degree holder
