Responsibilities:
- Supplier Discovery: Identify and engage potential suppliers, including navigating platforms like Alibaba.
Conduct conversations with suppliers in Chinese to gather information and onboard them onto the Sourcefy platform.
Ensure new suppliers meet our quality standards and can satisfy buyer requirements. - Supplier Proposal Management:Assist existing suppliers in preparing and submitting proposals to buyers via our web application.
Match buyer requirements with suitable suppliers and facilitate proposal submissions.
Communicate proposal statuses to suppliers, ensuring they are informed of accepted proposals and next steps. - Supplier-Buyer Relationship Management:Maintain and foster ongoing communication between suppliers and buyers, ensuring strong relationships.
Keep suppliers updated on new inventory, daily prices, and other relevant information.
Automatically generate contracts on our portal based on agreed terms between buyers and suppliers.
