Responsibilities:
- Handlesbfull spectrum of monthly financial accounting from preparation, reconciling, closing, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Prepare and update tax and audit schedules.
- Performing month-end closing, GST reconciliation, and submission.
- Yearend closing report for Auditor (Depreciation Schedule, Reconciliation Schedule, Prepayment, Accrual, Deposit, contra A/C, WIP for project etc)
- Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors on the payment issue.
- Handle staff reimbursements
- Manage all claims and process billing invoices.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
- Other adhoc accounting/administrative
Requirements:
- ACCA/Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
- 5 Years' experience in similar capacity
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge in Million accounting software will be advantageous.
- Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in construction will be a plus.
- Able to work under timeline pressure.
