We are recruiting for a listed real estate company and there is a vacancy for an Investor Relations Professional to join them.
The successful candidate will be the key point of contact with the investment community and will be central to enhancing stakeholder communication, boosting the company's sustainability initiatives, and building robust relations with investors, partners and key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for creating investor presentation, media releases, public announcements, corporate website and other marketing materials; lead corporate marketing and prospecting of existing and new investors, partners, research analysts and other stakeholders of the REIT.
You will coordinate meetings, roadshows and property tours and preparation of relevant materials; prepare annual and sustainability reports, unitholder circulars, material and liaise with service providers for AGMs/EGMs; as well as monitoring and reporting on market intelligence/trends, industry news and market benchmarking;
You will also be leading sustainability reporting and communication and drive CSR initiatives
Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
- At least 5 years experience in investor relations, fund raising or related function
- Good communication and writing skills
