Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the daily operations of digital platforms, including websites, apps, and internal tools, ensuring their performance and availability.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to digital tools and platforms.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in digital workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Data Management: Handle data entry, extraction, and analysis tasks to support digital operations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum1 year of experience in digital tools, operations, IT support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, content management systems (CMS), and formula builders. Familiarity with cloud services and APIs is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is advantageous.
