Our Technology Division is pivotal in supporting the company's growth and ensuring the seamless operation of our group wide systems.
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Executive, to join our Technology Division. The successful candidate will report directly into one of the co-founders of the Group, and be responsible for maintaining, structuring, and administering our group wide systems.
- Key Responsibilities:User Support: Provide technical support and training to staff, resolving any issues related to system usage and functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- System Maintenance and Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Configuration and Structuring: Configure and structure systems such as Lark, Dropbox, and Google Workspace to meet the needs of various business units.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Integration and Automation: Work on integrating various software and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services and resolve any technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of professional working experience, ideally in the technology sector or within the technology/IT department at an SME.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in managing and administering Lark, Dropbox, Google Workspace, AI tools, and other enterprise systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
