ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

B & C Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of payments and issuance of cheques
  • Process all petty cash claims and reimbursements
  • Liaise with external auditors
  • Process premium refunds and commission
  • Ensuring that all unpaid invoices are well kept and in place
  • Preparing Monthly Statement of Account for Key customers
  • Update and maintain accurate customer database
  • Provide administrative support & undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
  • Obtain ACCA or LCCI certificate

Requirements:


Good PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office

Be independent, meticulous, a team player and able to work under pressure

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Pleasant with good working attitude
