Partnering with a prestigious global trading firm, we are seeking an experienced Chartering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with traders, operations, and management to create and implement annual and future shipping strategies.
- Negotiate spot and long-term time charter agreements as needed.
- Track shipping market trends to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities.
- Partner with the operations team to address and resolve commercial issues.
- Oversee the execution and follow-up of contracts.
- Collect and document critical information related to shipping operations.
- Prepare and present reports as required, and report directly to the Head of Shipping & Chartering in Singapore.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Charterer or Ship Broker. LNG experience will be advantageous.
- Strong communication abilities, with experience working closely with internal teams (Traders, Operators, Finance) and external parties (Ship Owners, Charterers, Brokers).
- Creative and flexible thinker, capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
