Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, aligning with overall business goals and objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
