Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise administrative staff
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Administrative skills / marketing skills
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Manage daily phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Able to handle huge amount cash salary
Invoice processing and filing
Processing expense requests for management to approve.
Hands on with Microsoft office ex: word,Excel...etc
Must be able to write, read and converse in good English.
Manage agendas/ appointments etc. for the upper management
