Job Description:
- Manage and lead the district to achieve sales, profitability, and inventory targets.
- Oversee and coach store managers to meet business objectives and ensure efficient store operations.
- Ensure compliance with retail operating procedures and statutory requirements.
- Execute promotion and marketing plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Maintain high standards of store operations and provide a quality shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team on stock allocation and planning.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure stores operate within budget.
- Conduct regular store visits, taking corrective actions as needed for business growth.
- Develop and train store managers, building a strong leadership team.
- Support staff development, succession planning, and address cross-functional issues.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related Retail / Footwear / Fashion industry and a minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
- Strong application of MS Excel preferred and other office software.
- Fast-pace, hands-on work style.
