Brief Job Description 1. Network appliances health check
2. Offline network appliances firmware update, where available
3. Review and deployment of updated CIS hardening guidelines
4. 24/7 On standby to manage incident.
5. Backup and recovery, including backup validations, monthly offsite backup, ad-hoc recovery, and annual recovery exercise.
6. Monitoring of Events and logging
7. Configurations management of all network-based infrastructure components including Firewalls, Load Balancers, Cisco ACI Controllers and Switches, Network Backup Servers, and Network-Attached Storage
8. Network cables management
9. Fault ticketing and facilitation of on-site support for replacement or fixing of faulty components.
