Client Management

  • Proactively plan, manage and provide input to the delivery of high quality, well-run, profitable projects and initiatives on a day to day basis
  • Develop clear, simple and inspiring briefs and kick-off meetings
  • Write proposals, cost estimates, timing & budget plans, meeting notes and status reports
  • Work and communicate in ways that support and respect the creative process and contribute to high quality thinking at the start of projects and high-quality executions at the end
  • Lead client meetings and deal with all clients confidently and professionally
  • Take ownership for the quality of work, deadlines and keeping work “on brief’ and on budget
  • Listen carefully to clients, manage their expectations and deliver against agreed timings
  • Run internal project review meetings regularly
  • Take responsibility for sales and revenue prediction and for monthly billing
  • Proactively plan and organize to ensure projects run smoothly and requirements and probable red flags are anticipated ahead of time
  • Create and develop long- term client relationships, with frequent relevant communication

Person Specification

  • Planning and organizing ability to plan, organize resources and manage numerous projects simultaneously with a structured approach
  • Communication: able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at different levels, visually, verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain clear communication, and transparency within the team
  • Clear Financial/numerical understanding of project profitability
  • Critical thinking: strong analytical skills to diagnose and identify solutions.
  • Collaboration: working collaboratively with colleagues and clients, displaying a high level of commitment to helping and supporting others.
  • Creative and innovative: open and original thinker that strives to seek out interesting solutions to problems and new ways to add value to the business by taking a creative approach to all work
  • Knowledgeable: a determination to learn and develop relevant knowledge through reading journals and books, attending seminars and sharing the content and ideas with others.

Experience

  • Strong English skill, both written and oral. All work-related communication will be in English A good skill in managing the client and co-operate with team
  • Proven experience working within Account Management with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of commercial brand strategy, along with the technical processes required for the production and delivery of client work
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and organizational skills.
