Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the building inspection tasks related to PSI, PFI and SLA.
- Perform structural inspections on existing building or infrastructure to identify defects and repair.
- Liaison with clients or ground agencies for on-site inspection works.
- Report inspection outcomes to the Qualified Person.
- Prepare inspection reports in the designated format and within specified timeframe.
- Liaison with Authorities for submissions.
- Supervise construction work by contractor in accordance with specifications or approved methods and maintain site records accordingly.
- Conduct site check to ensure the usage of approved materials and report any non-conformance to the Qualified Person.
- Verify all claims and reports submitted by subcontractors.
- Assist in identifying or verifying with ground agencies on the buildings that have previously undergone building repairs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum higher Nitec in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience at the construction site is added-advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detailed-oriented, meticulous, and good time management
