We are currently partnering with a Regional Technology firm who is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Role
As the Cybersecurity Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that processes are both efficient and aligned with company objectives. You will regularly assess and enhance operational workflows to ensure scalability and effectiveness. Your role will involve developing and implementing process improvement strategies to boost operational efficiency and service delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and refine processes. You will proactively handle and resolve operational incidents, identify potential risks, and devise strategies to minimize their impact on the business. Additionally, you will collaborate with the technical team to allocate resources effectively according to project needs, priorities, and skill sets, ensuring optimal utilization across all projects. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure clear communication, address concerns, and manage expectations to deliver exceptional service.
Your Profile
You are a degree holder and PMP certified, with 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations management, with strong understanding of cybersecurity services and project management principles. You have proven ability to drive process improvements, manage incidents, and allocate resources effectively. You have an excellent interpersonal skill with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, technical teams, and senior management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Background in consulting is ideal.
