Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle e-commerce market place like Shopee, Lazada etc
- Prepare new product launches on e-comerce platform
- Create product details & showcases
- Design shop decoration creatives
- Upload product on platform
- Manage and monitor daily orders
- Monitor sales, traffic and manage advertisements
- Prepare weekly reports on customers, competitors and products
- Handle after-sales services such as returns & claims etc
- Communicate with the platform manager and the Client
- Processess transactions such as PO & invoices on weekly basis
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Details:
- Monday to Friday, office hours
- Hybrid work arrangement (can work from home)
- Able to work at multiple locations: Bras Basah & Gul Way
- Up to $3.5k
- Permanent role
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years of e-commerce work experience
