- Must have B2B experience, or strong skincare knowledge / door outdoor sales
- 5 day work-week
Responsibilities
- Able to develop and write standard operating procedures, training materials and product information
- Responsible to schedule and conduct product presentation and training
- To mentor and guide aestheticians in the use of our brand product, product knowledge and selling skills
- Prepare and conduct beauty webinars for aestheticians
- Participate in trade fairs when applicable and follow up on pre/post exhibitions activities.
Requirement
- At least 1 years of Training experience, preferably with appropriate qualification
- Good command of English and Mandarin and able to communicate well
- Able to travel and participate in overseas exhibitions
- Experienced in conduct training courses on Beauty Treatments and Salon Management
- Well versed with professional beauty treatments and skincare products
- Good hands-on beauty treatment skills
- Good knowledge and skills in customer experience enhancement
- Proficient in MS office (MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
