We are seeking a skilled Senior IT PMO professional with a special focus on M&A projects and integration of systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless system integration and bridging technical gaps, especially within SAP supply chain and finance modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of M&A projects and will have proven experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex system integrations.
The Role
· Oversee and manage a portfolio of IT projects related to M&A activities, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
· Lead and mentor project managers and technical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
· Collaborate with technical teams to identify and address integration issues, optimizing system performance and data accuracy.
· Act as a liaison between the IT department, business units, and external partners to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
· Engage with senior leadership to report on project status, risks, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations as needed.
· Guide and support business stakeholders in understanding and navigating technical aspects of system integrations.
· Apply your understanding of manufacturing processes and systems to ensure that IT solutions are effectively tailored to meet industry-specific requirements.
· Leverage industry experience to enhance project outcomes and ensure that technology solutions support operational efficiency.
Your Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a significant focus on M&A projects involving system integration.
· Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large-scale projects and portfolios.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of successful engagement with senior leadership and business units.
