Job Description & Requirement

Make appointment and referrals

Answer phone calls and emails.

Performs data entry, documents preparation and filing task for purchase orders, Equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental file.

Receives, records ans distributes packages and mail.

Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.

Working Days : 5.5 days

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm

Able to communicate in english & Mandarin

At least 1 year working Experience In Singapore
