Responsibilities
- Provides a diverse array of services from concert promotion of numerous sold-out dates by international acts
- Developing creative concepts for full-scale productions and campaigns, management coordination for events to communications work with sponsors, venue, evets space and technical personnel professional
- Identify, secure, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in targeted organizations to drive awareness and business growth.
- Schedule, and execute high-profile events that align with commercial strategies, ensuring seamless coordination of all logistics including budgeting, venue selection, and vendor management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage all associated activities, from creating compelling landing pages to executing email campaigns and managing event registrations.
- Leverage industry events and associations to elevate presence, highlighting our thought leadership and positioning our offerings in the marketplace.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure operational excellence and a superior experience.
- Collaborate with the business intelligence team to design effective event
- Engage with various business units, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach and alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage the relationship with agency to facilitate and support event executions, leveraging opportunities derived from network and expertise.
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Min Diploma in Marketing, events management, hospitality management
- Proficient in Photoshop, video editing and social media platform
- Possess strategic mindset with ability to translate commercial strategies into actionable plans that drive measurable results.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Project management skills to handle all aspects of event planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Understanding of marketing principles and experience working with marketing teams to drive event success.
- Challenger Mentality: Innovative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and develop new ideas for lead acquisition, positioning themselves as a game-changer in the industry.
- Public Relation Coordination: Experience in managing relationships with Public Relation agencies to enhance event execution and capitalize on Public Relations opportunities.

- Salary between $3,000 - $4,000 opens for discussion depending on experience
