Job Description:
- Cleaning and maintaining the crew's living quarters, including cabins and common areas.
- Setting up and serving meals in the dining area for the crew.
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment after meals.
- Assisting the Cook in food prepartion and meal service as needed.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring adequate stock.
- Following food safety and hygiene standards to prevent contamination.
Requirements:
- Training or certification in food handling and hygiene practices is advantageous.
- Basic education requirements.
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and handling heavy items.
- Flexibility to work in varying conditions and adapt to changes in meal schedules or requirements.
