Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
2. Staff Management
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including baristas, shift leaders, and support personnel. • Schedule shifts, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address staff issues and concerns.
3. Customer Service
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded. • Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional and effective manner. • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.
4. Strategic Planning
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with principals.
5. Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate records of store operations, including sales data, expenses, and employee information.
• Prepare reports for upper management as required.
