With mainly working with western pop artists for their concert merchandises ( from garments to fashion accessories ) , we are currently seeking motivated Sales Assistants to join our new Singapore team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer documentation and emails promptly: including inquiries, quotations, shipping documents, invoices, and sales reports for international clients etc ;
- Collect and follow up on project progress in a timely manner;
- Manage both domestic and international courier services;
- Recruit and oversee temporary staff for local concerts in Singapore, specifically handling merchandise sales;
- Coordinate merchandise sales for concert events in various Asian countries;
- Post merchandise info on soical media and other web channels ;
- Handle other tasks as given by the sales and purchasing managers
Requirements:
- Understand Tagalog/PH local language is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Dailly follow up with China Office . Thus proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Dailly deal with US /UK /AU clients' files . Thus proficiency in English is a must.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service or entertainment or music is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry and experience in event merchandising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
