1) Must be well experienced in installation and fabrication of structural and non-structural steel including stainless steel and metal railing, spiral staircase, railing, handrail, sub marine door and window, cat ladder, bicycle rack, grating, access cover, automatic bollards.
2) Must have experience in installation and fabrication of roller shutter door.
3) Must be able to prepare shop drawing, fabrication drawing and necessary safety documents such as, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, Method of statement and Fall Prevention Plan.
4) Prepare project progress report based on contractual term, cost, and quality, ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal team and clients.
5) Must be highly adaptable to work at various jobsite, including exposure to outdoor working environments.
6) Flexible working arrangement but candidate must be willing to work long and irregular hours, including on weekend if projects are operational.
7) Working knowledge of AutoCad 2D & 3D.
8) Must have certifications to work in construction site (e.g., BCSS, First Aid Course, Managing Work At Height) are advantageous.
9) Must Have a 4 years Diploma in construction related field.
10) Minimum 7 years experienced in construction site.
11) Prefers candidates to have own transport (allowance provided).
