Job Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
· Minimum 6 years M&E experience in local construction industry, especially in electrical design
· Autocad skills, Microsoft Project & basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
· Possessing a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors and Work at Height Supervisor Certificate would be preferable
· Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team
· Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
· To assist the Project Director/Manager in Mechanical & Electrical planning and supervision works;
· To design electrical engineering systems;
· To assist the Project Manager to liaise with clients and consultants on projects;
· To co-ordinate sub-contract works;
· To assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems;
· To assist in co-ordination and management of assigned projects / facilities;
· To assist in cost engineering for tender.
