Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst (Statutory Compliance) position is based in Singapore and will work closely with auditors and tax consultants for the Singapore entities.
Statutory and Compliance
- Work closely with tax consultants on all tax-related matters (i.e. CIT, DEI, queries, etc.)
- Work closely with auditors and other shared service units (GBS), SAR CoE and controllers for the finalization of audited reports with agreed schedule
- Support all data that is requested by Site Finance that relates to statutory compliance matters
- Support the corporate secretarial matters and completion of government surveys.
- Support and help complete compliance requirements as needed by the Singapore government in relation to various programs and incentives
Month-End Close Processes
- Ensure provision of corporate income tax is reasonable
- Prepare/review manual journal entries or Balance sheet reconciliation if any
- upport other month-end closing activities as required.
Reporting
- Support internal compliance or other corporate reporting requirements for both regular and ad hoc.
Requirement
- Min Degree in Accounting (B.Acc/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with 2 years’ experience
- Knowledge of audit, GST, transfer pricing and corporate tax matters
- Audit firm or working experience in the Finance industry preferred
