JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Bake Banh Mi from scratch, make other Vietnamese flour-based products eg. Pau
- Mix, prepare and bake bread and pastries.
- Prepare ingredients.
- To be responsible for the bakery’s day to day operations.
- To be able to read and follow recipes.
- To ensure that all baked goods are produced according to SOP(s).
REQUIREMENT:
- Familiar with baking Banh Mi from scratch.
- Able to make other Vietnamese flour-based products eg. Pau
- Ability to work in hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
