Core Responsibilities:
- Outdoor canvassing and on-boarding of new car dealers
- Including cross-selling of Dickson Group’s products and services
- Build strong business relationships with existing dealers
- Reconnecting with past/less supportive dealers
- Provide regular updates to dealers on latest changes in our products and services (i.e. new products, changes in rates, payouts, etc.)
- Manage and resolve any requests, feedback and issues from dealers, and escalate when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in any field of studies, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the business development (hunting) role will be an advantage
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
- Flexible, friendly, helpful nature & team player
