About our client: Our client is an EPC contractor in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.
About the role:
- Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager.
- Responsible for Planning, monitoring, and controlling the Projects.
- Responsible for L4 schedule/MP Histogram/S Curves/RDC preparation.
- Responsible for the overall weekly/monthly progress report preparation and ensure that it is delivered to the Client in a timely manner.
- Review, Monitor & Analyse the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.
- Attend Client/internal meetings. Highlight Areas of concern, critical path, and 2 weeks look ahead plan to the project teams.
- Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop contingency plans and work with the project team to mitigate risks.
- Evaluate and assess the impact of any changes to the project scope, schedule, or resources.
- Work with the project team to implement changes and update the project plan accordingly.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- At least 6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer with a scope of work in the Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
- Experience in Primavera software, P6
- Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

- Work location: West (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)
- Working days: 5.5 days
