DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To liaise with client's representatives, consultants and local authorities.
· To coordinate design development and prepare drawings fit for construction, authority submission and tender exercise.
· To attend project related meetings & participate effectively in technical and design discussions.
· To conduct periodical site inspections to ensure design and authority compliances.
· Able to carry out from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline.
· Able to think strategically and good leadership skills
· Planning, designing and coordinating of all related project architectural matters, where applicable. In the day-to-day duties of project's administration.
· Study and review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance to company standard and requirements.
· Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the scope.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
· Must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Architecture industry.
· Familiar with by law and authority process.
· Good technical knowledge.
· Strong conceptual, graphic and design talent.
· Work independently, inter-personal skills and a good team player.
· Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit modeling and AutoCAD software in a consultancy office preferred.
