Job Description:
- Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple departments and leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on business metrics and performance indicators.
