Job Description

The main job responsibility for this position is the sales of clinical laboratory services; promote awareness of the products and services; understand customer’s needs, maintain positive working relationship, and strategize client engagement to meet financial targets.


Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
  • Manage existing accounts
  • Provide regular reports on sale activities
  • Monitor market and competitors’ activity
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
  • Meet sales KPIs
  • Perform sales of clinical laboratory services
  • Promote awareness of the products and services
  • Strategise client engagement to meet financial targets
  • Present product or service solutions and handle objections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product development) to develop customized proposals and solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Use CRM system to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Follow up regularly with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and track sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree
  • Required language(s): English
  • Preferably with experience in medical industry

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, independent and resourceful
  • Strong initiative and high professional conduct
