Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing mechanical designs and welding procedures for new products or product improvements.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical and welding problems, and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Conducting tests and experiments to validate designs and procedures.
- Managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Providing technical support to production teams and assisting with equipment maintenance and repair.
- Mentoring and training junior technicians and engineers.
Requirements
1. Strong knowledge of welding processes, metallurgy, and welding standards.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
